Ninth Meridian was founded by Omar in 2025 after more than 25 years in digital transformation, product design, and experience strategy, across industries and domains ranging from B2C to AI. He spent years close to the rooms where material decisions were made, and saw firsthand how those decisions can go wrong.

From startups to global conglomerates in the U.S. and Europe, Omar worked in various environments where he saw a pattern of organizations committing capital to initiatives that were never objectively evaluated, then spending years absorbing the cost. Ninth Meridian exists to stop that pattern.

His career depended on systems thinking, on judging emerging technology against how organizations actually operate, and on challenging assumptions before products and platforms were built. A material decision calls for the same discipline in testing assumptions, weighing alternatives, and locating organizational exposure.

Omar designed his own framework for evaluating material decisions before capital is committed. With no implementation upsell, vendor incentive, or agency agenda, business leaders can see exactly what they are committing to before they decide to proceed.

A Request Advisory intake outlines the material decision under consideration. A response on qualification status is sent within five business days, followed by a brief alignment conversation and a kick-off session.

Evaluate

Decision criteria are set, strategic assumptions are stress-tested, and exposure is assessed. Alternatives to the decision as framed are weighed against the organization's capacity to absorb the commitment.

Review

A live working session with the leadership team to walk through organizational risk, alignment, and readiness. Findings are tested against leadership intent, and open questions are addressed before the report is delivered.

Report

A structured advisory report outlining the recommended direction, implications, decision alternatives, and defined next steps, followed by one session to review conclusions. A no-go recommendation is a valid outcome.

Each advisory engagement is priced at a single fixed fee for one material decision. The fee reflects the materiality of the decision, the organizational complexity involved, and the depth of evaluation required. The decision scope and fixed fee are discussed and set in writing before the engagement begins.

Retainer

Each advisory retainer is based on a monthly or quarterly fee for ongoing material decisions. A retainer provides recurring direct access to an evaluation advisory engagement. The decision scope, timeframe, and retainer fee are discussed and set in writing before the retainer period begins.
