Oversight
Each engagement is directed by the Independent Principal Advisor at Ninth Meridian. Advisory is extended to a limited number of clients at a time to ensure focused involvement.
Scope
Typical engagements conclude within 3 to 6 weeks depending on organizational complexity. Every engagement includes a post-engagement follow-up, and is conducted under strict confidentiality.
Framework
Each advisory establishes decision criteria, stress tests strategic assumptions, clarifies capital thresholds, and defines governance guardrails.
Delivery
Findings are synthesized into a structured report outlining implications, material decision alternatives, and organizational considerations.
Eligibility
Advisory engagements proceed only after review and approval based on internal eligibility criteria after submission of a Request Advisory intake.
